Let’s look a bit deeper
Here’s the Truth
Life can be difficult. Once we acknowledge this, we can expect that life will throw up challenges in our path. If you have been impacted by a loved one’s addiction you will know how difficult life can be, the chaos and emotional turmoil. But these challenges can be opportunities for growth and development for you. It is OK to reach out for help. Everyone needs a helping hand at least once in their lifetime.
Turning to a Life Coach in times of need can offer massive rewards and change a person’s life in many ways. Similar to a fitness trainer or nutritionist, a Life Coach can give you the right guidance and tools so that you can heal, become stronger, and better your life. Having faced many challenges that growing up with untreated addiction put in my path, I know intimately the steps necessary to heal and move on.
What is Life Coaching?
Life Coaching is a hand in hand partnership between a person seeking meaning and solutions to a problem or problems in their life, and their coach – which creates positive support and change. Coaching offers sound advice to help a person better understand what they need to do to bring about the healing and/or making the changes they want to manifest in their lives. With partnership and support I will help you identify and accomplish your goals and objectives. Together we will achieve this, whilst honouring your values and needs. Based on my own journey to recovery, I will offer helpful suggestions, guidance, and strategies.
